This notice describes how Bimindset SRL processes the personal data of users browsing bimindset.it, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 («GDPR»).

2. Data processed and purposes
Browsing data
The site uses Google Analytics 4, Google's statistical measurement service, activated only with your consent via the banner. Data is collected in aggregated and anonymized form (IP masking, no profiling, no advertising): pages visited, visit duration, approximate origin.
Contact data
If you contact us by email (for example to request a feasibility study), we process the data you provide (name, email, message content) solely to respond to your request and manage any resulting business relationship.
System logs
Server logs (IP address, date/time) are processed by the hosting provider for security purposes, as permitted by Art. 6.1.f GDPR.
3. Legal basis
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for Google Analytics;
- Pre-contractual requests (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) to answer inquiries;
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for security logs.
4. Cookies and tracking tools
The full list of cookies is available in the Cookie Policy. Apart from Google Analytics (consent only), the site uses no other tracking or third-party tools. Banner preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage and involve no tracking.
5. Data retention
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months from last use (GA4 default);
- Contact emails: for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up obligations;
- System logs: according to the hosting provider's policies.
6. Extra-EU transfers
Data collected through Google Analytics may be transferred to Google LLC (United States). The transfer is safeguarded by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
7. Data subject rights
At any time you have the right to:
- access your data and request rectification or erasure (Arts. 15–17 GDPR);
- request restriction of processing or object to it (Arts. 18–21 GDPR);
- request data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
